Come join us and dance Forró! This Brazilian music genre that has taken over Europe and now is taking over the US and the Islands!
The prerequisite is that you have fun! The dance you learn as you go!
Doors at 9pm and a class with basica at 9:30pm.
To warm up Trio Manga Rosa will play a set of world music ranging from Amy Winehouse to Jonny Cash and lots of Brazilian music such as Jorge Ben and Titãs.
The forró comes in with Trio Gente Boa!!!
Dj Aloha plays before and after bringing his forró classics in digital and vinyls.
Forró is a partner dance but even if you come alone you will dance!
